Psycho Poster Silkscreen

In on of the lessons in the beginning we had to watch the movie Psycho. The assignment that followed was to create poster which you had to create in Illustrator and which you could print afterwards by using the silkscreen method. This is one of the first printing processes which give you a nice vintage like effect. I already had a printed one because I was too late due to the fact that my poster wan't ready.

This however did gave me the chance to compare a printed one with the silkscreen one. And I do have to say that the silkscreen version does have way more character and attitude to it due to the fact that it isn't perfect. But in my opinion this imperfection does add thé finishing touch.
